This is amazing experiment, coming all the way from Japan. Just to sound lame and cheeky -> it has a balloon and a gaint fan. Haha but on a serious note the method adopted by this guy is hilarious. He tries to get the balloon filled while holding it mid air. Not a efficient solution to get the air into the balloon and one of the most tedious method/really tiring.
